Accidents & Reports: In the event of an accident, the LESSEE must obtain an official traffic accident report and alcohol test report. Failure to do so will result in full financial liability for all damages.

Company Notification: All accidents, mechanical issues, or rental extensions must be reported to the COMPANY via WhatsApp or SMS at +90 506 086 8700. Any unauthorized interventions or unapproved extensions will render the LESSEE fully liable.

Helmet Use & Liability: Helmet use is mandatory. The LESSEE is responsible for all damages, including 70% of the daily rental fee for repair downtime, to be paid via bank transfer. Damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or due to negligent use is fully the LESSEE’s responsibility.

Traffic Fines & Legal Issues: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period, including delayed notices, are the LESSEE’s responsibility. Legal liabilities arising from negligence are also the LESSEE’s burden.

Serious Accidents: In accidents involving death, injury, or major property damage, the LESSEE bears full responsibility if insurance does not cover the incident.

Third-Party Damage: The LESSEE is liable for all damages exceeding insurance limits, including damage to third parties or property.

Delays & Returns: Any delays or requests for extension must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized delays may incur additional fees. Late returns are charged at 20% of the daily rate per hour, up to double the daily fee if exceeding 5 hours.

Repair Downtime Fees: For each day a vehicle is out of service due to the LESSEE’s fault, a 70% daily fee applies.

Tire & Misuse Damage: Flat tires and damages from misuse (e.g., stunts, reckless riding) are the LESSEE’s full responsibility.

Mileage Limits: Daily mileage is limited to 70 km (under 400cc) and 100 km (over 400cc). Excess usage is charged at 10 TL/km. No refunds for early returns.

Driver Restrictions: The rented vehicle may not be operated by third parties or subleased. Violation of this rule results in immediate vehicle recall with no refund.
